I had an awesome stay at a hotel near the airport. Cleanliness was completely satisfied, the hotel facilities were great – The room was spacious and accommodating with an updated interior. Transportation was effortless and the airport was just a short distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and they accommodated my request for a particular bedding arrangement. Lastly, breakfast was amazing and had a wide variety of selection.

The airport shuttle was prompt and reliable, and the free breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The location was also great because it was only a short Uber ride away from all the major attractions in the city.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit disappointing. The walls were thin, so I could hear my neighbors' conversations and their TV shows. Also, the beds were a bit too firm for my liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Finally, the staff members were not very friendly or welcoming during my stay. while the complementary features and key location were great, the poor room quality and unfriendly staff make it unlikely that I would stay here again.

This hotel has a great location away from the airport, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The room service is excellent, with friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of fresh and tasty items, including many vegetarian and vegan options. The view from some of the rooms is breathtaking, making for a truly memorable stay.

Some of the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation, detracting somewhat from the overall experience.

The hotel we stayed in during New Year's was great! We received complementary breakfast and a fruit basket upon arrival, which was such a nice touch. The location was also convenient, as it was close to the airport and easy to find. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed which made our stay enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The hotel did not have any shuttle service available. Also, the staff at check-in could have been more welcoming and friendlier. Despite these minor concerns, we still had a pleasant experience overall.

We enjoyed our city break with great amenities. The breakfast was included and lasted from 6-10 am, giving us plenty of time to start our day. Another bonus was the free parking, which saved us some expenses and made it easy to come and go. The hotel's location was also a positive aspect, as it allowed us to explore the city without being stuck in traffic.

One downside to our stay was the lack of instructions for adjusting the bed's firmness. It took us a while to find the control and figure out the best setting for us. Additionally, we had requested two queen beds when booking, but were given a single king due to a convention. Unfortunately, there were no other options available for our son, and the complimentary breakfast came with an additional cost due to the crowd. our stay was satisfactory with some minor issues.

Room was clean and comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and the facilities were well maintained.

The bed even when adjusted all the way to soft was still hard.

The customer service & facility was top notch. I needed to check in earlier than expected & they made the accommodation with no problem.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were brilliant, and went out of their way to help in anyway they could. The room was very clean and tidy, and very quiet, although this may have been because we were in a room facing the back. The food and selection available was excellent

We liked everything about the stay with the exception of the bed. We asked about the bed having ability to change firmness, were not given enough instruction and ended up spending a lot of time finally discovering how to adjust it to the best firmness for us. If this is an amenity to promote, we feel it should be better explained by having instructions in the room. Otherwise, a great stay and super convenient for our furniture shopping trip.

Being left on our own to find the bed adjustment control because it is not obvious and we were told to lift the sheet close to the headboard only to discover the control on the side of the mattress.

after coming back to the motelat approx. 9:45 p.m. we stopped by the bar to have a drink . we were told y the young lady working it was last call so we placed an order only to be told she was out of everything we ordered except for beer so we ordered a beer after all she said las call only to se that 30 minutes later she was still servin beer we were told by other people staying there to get used to her I don't know if we would consider this again if she is rude. we have stayed there a number of time before and have never had this happen. I only feel this was my trip to enjoy and she seemed to have spoiled it for all 6 of us. thank you

This hotel was comfortable, clean and very nice. Close to the Water Park and Outlet mall. Also plenty of food places near by.
